Hi,

I’m John, an award-winning wedding photographer.

Throughout my 35-year career, I’ve won multiple awards, featured in the National Portrait Gallery, and even had my work exhibited in space. But for me, nothing compares to the joy of a wedding day!

Every moment matters

I’ve had the privilege of photographing over 700 weddings, so I know that capturing the magic of your day goes beyond perfect poses, lighting and exposure. It’s about telling your unique and beautiful story – in all its perfect detail. 

The excitement of the morning’s prep, a special glance, the look on his face when he first sees her – these once-in-a-lifetime moments pass in a heartbeat. My role is to preserve them in beautiful, authentic images that you’ll cherish forever. 


Telling your story 

My documentary wedding photography style brings together every genre I’ve worked in: street photography, fashion, still life, interiors, kids’ photography, portraiture, and more. 

From sweeping venue shots to intimate close-ups, I shoot fluidly and instinctively to capture every detail exactly as it happens – so you can relive these precious moments for decades to come.

My art has taken me across the world, from luxury destinations and top advertising agencies to refugee camps. Now – a little older, more experienced and (hopefully!) a little wiser – I’m focusing closer to home.

I love working locally, with genuine people who deserve stunning photography at fair prices. I believe every couple should have beautiful memories of their wedding to treasure for a lifetime – which is why I’ve deliberately kept my rates competitive.

Corporate Photography 

My career in corporate photography has taken me all over the world, from leading London ad agencies, to major events and luxury destinations throughout Europe and the UAE. 

To say it’s been a mixed bag is an understatement! Along the way, I’ve photographed everything from exquisite cuisine and Michelin Star restaurants to world-renowned venues – with clients including the Mandarin Oriental Group, Conrad, Hilton, Waldorf Astoria, Chanel, The Mayfair Hotel, Dominos, Hedsor House, United Talent Agency, GC Culture,  Your Brand Matters, Andy Snow-Ellis Esquire, and the London Communication Agency. 

Over the past 35 years, I’ve also been lucky enough to capture the faces behind brilliant businesses  – from big-name brands to local start ups. My work has even been featured in the National Portrait Gallery as a three-time finalist in the Taylor Wessing Photographic Portrait Prize.
